IDP FOR 2017/2022 – YEAR 2017/2018
COMMUNITY CONSULTATION MEETINGS
Notice is hereby given that the Municipality will commence its process to develop the five year Integrated Development Plan (IDP) (2017-2022) and invites the community to participate in the public participation and consultation process as prescribed in Section 28 of the Local Government : Municipal Systems Act (No. 32 of 2000).
The IDP is the principal Strategic Planning document of the municipality and forms the basis of the municipal budget. It is therefore crucial that the community actively participate in the IDP Process to ensure that its needs are prioritised and addressed in an integrated manner.
We call on all residents and stakeholders to attend the scheduled Public Meetings as scheduled below:
